Her background in hospitality management - including 14 years with Aman Resorts, in which she opened and ran luxury hotels helped her develop exceptional people skills and a passionate customer focus. Her seven years as General Manager at the acclaimed Amandari in Bali earned the hotel numerous awards including top ranking worldwide in Travel & Leisure's World's Best Service Awards and repeated top-10 rankings in Conde Nast Traveller's Gold List.
An Ivy League graduate from Cornell University's prestigious Hotel School, Liv grew up between Switzerland, Sweden and East Africa. She has since spent much of her career in Asia and is now based in London. These strong cross-cultural influences inform her work and allow her to tackle client issues from a range of different angles.
