Catherine Robinson Chai

Catherine Robinson Chai has had 15 years of working in the manufacturing sector, which has given her an in-depth understanding of the challenges people at all levels of the organisation experience - from front line workers through to senior management. Her passion in helping others to develop and improve their performance in their professional and personal lives brought her to the human development area.

Catherine gained her Diploma in Business Management with Henley Management College UK, and she started her training, facilitating and coaching work with Dale Carnegie Training in 1999. Since then she has worked with diversified groups from top management executives, sales people, customer services people, engineers, finance and administrative executives in multinational companies to young people who studied in secondary schools.

Her purpose in development and coaching is to facilitate self-discovery processes through empowering and nurturing individuals to continuous growth and therefore living “life” in the fullest sense. She believes in using an integrative approach in developing human potential by aligning people with their organization’s goals through empowering and nurturing individual’s core strengths.

Catherine coaches people to realize their potential of who they are by focusing on their core strengths. By doing so, organizations realize their people’s fullest potential and the individuals work from their core strengths.
