Amanda brings over 25 years' experience in the corporate world, gained with multi-national Procter & Gamble. She has worked in IT, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources, across multiple geographies and business challenges.

Most recently as Human Resources Director, Amanda has partnered with business leaders from diverse cultures and backgrounds to build their personal effectiveness, to drive organisational effectiveness and to develop and deploy business strategies in a variety of situations.

She is an accredited trainer in MBTI and "Cultures @ Work", and has extensive in-house experience in leading training programs in People Management, Communication, Leadership & Influencing and Managing Transitions, among others.
