We are big believers in the importance of learning through interaction, dialogue, facilitation, and experiential learning.
Tirian has designed highly engaging live online sessions with pre and post blended learning modules to leverage the online experience. We can create both stand-alone and fully integrated complementing digital programs, customized to suit any specific needs. The content (topic suites) have been designed to take advantage of the virtual, remote, and work-from-home (WFH) environments. We can cover work from home team building, work from home workshops, work from home seminars, virtual team building, virtual workshops, virtual facilitation, virtual keynote talks, virtual conferences, remote team building, remote workshops, and remote keynote talks. We utilise a wealth of interactive digital tools such as: Miroboards, Mentimeter, Thinkific, Surveys, Chat, Assessments, and Case Studies.
The ‘Facilitated Online Experiences’ we have created replace the more traditional ‘Virtual Instructor-Led Training’ (VILT) and remote training classes.
