Note: Some programs with gamification elements have restrictions on size. A more straight information session can take higher numbers (usually up to around 50), but will be less interactive.
- TIME: Sessions ideally run for 60-120mins

Note: We can deliver from a more straight information sharing webinar, to interactive workshop style learning with group work and case studies, to the powerful discovery learning of a gamified activity (Including: ‘The Virtual Navigation Game’ and ‘The Negotiation Game’ (Harvard)). We best describe what we are offering as a “Facilitated Online Experiences” allowing for a combination of information and exploration of issues, led by a professional facilitator in a specific workplace context delivering a sense of ownership and outcomes. The digital face to face (Zoom) sessions can then be complimented with a structured PRE and POST online blended learning (surveys, reading, videos, polls, assessments, white papers etc) to ensure the learning lasts. This takes advantage of the model called “The Flipped Classroom”, whereby participants are introduced to content during the PRE-sessions, practice working through it in the PRESENT-sessions, and then reflect on implications and applications in the POST-sessions.
