The Sultan's Quest
The Sultan's Quest is another instance of unique team building event program that is themed around ancient Malaysian mystical stories.
Through the Sultan's Quest, Tirian has created an exotic mythological experience, in which teams are challenged to build traditional forms of transport and reenact a fascinating historical journey. Often team building activities are no more than adults playing cowboys and Indians with good guy / bad guy reenactments, but team building for Tirian is not about competition but cooperative action and collaborative problem solving. The Sultan's Quest, created in Malaysia, is the latest team building program on offer that encourages constructive leadership and the many other positive interpersonal and communication skills to encourage team development in an exciting environment.
Outcomes and skills developed: Team cooperative planning and goal setting, team leadership, team working together to achieve targeted goals.
With allocated time: Approx. 3-5 hours, participant size: 50 to 500 people, and venue possible to run on-site at most hotels. Designed for Malaysia but can be re-themed to most countries. Recommended hotels in Malaysia include Mandarin Oriental Hotel who has “Tirian Innovation Lab” facility, Palace of the Golden Horses, Impian, Shangri-La, Sofitel.
