1. Emotional Quotient (EQ) Transformational Assessment and Feedback

This process provides individuals with a detailed assessment of their signature strengths and developmental needs, as well as personalized recommendations and an action plan for long-term change.

2. EQ Group Assessment and Feedback

This process provides teams with a comprehensive introduction to EQ and a detailed assessment of their signature strengths and developmental areas. Each team member completes the Bar-On EQ-i and MBTI online. Group results are generated and a group EQ is produced, describing in detail the teams EQ profile. Feedback is delivered in a 3-hour interactive seminar that introduces the group to EQ and their distinctive strengths and weaknesses, including specific strategies for building emotional intelligence on the team.

Team members learn to:

  • Understand the self and others
  • Become aware of personal style
  • Recognize the preferred behavioural style of others
  • Communicate through leveraging EQ competencies to gain cooperation, manage conflict, overcome resistance and gain customer buy-in.

3. EQ Executive Retreat

The EQ Executive Retreat is a three-day program offered in unique, luxury properties. Exotic natural settings and outstanding city venues provide a positive environment for change and fast track development, challenging people to consider the ways they feel, think and act. Prior to the retreat, participants complete online, a comprehensive detailed appraisal of the EQ, signature strengths and development opportunities. At the commencement of the retreat results are provided in a highly individualized feedback session to each participant from a licensed corporate psychologist. This individual session provides an opportunity to discover signature leadership strengths and an awareness of the opportunities to increase effective leadership skills.

An individual development plan is designed for each participant that identifies strategies for leveraging signature strengths and building EQ competencies. Highly engaging EQ Training Modules are taught that systematically describe how to acquire the building blocks of emotional intelligence. Personalized executive coaching is provided to enhance learning, and a tailored coaching plan is developed to systematically implement and apply these skills in the workplace. The report is designed to enhance the value of the EQ Transformational Assessment and Feedback process and provide a comprehensive guide to executive coaching.

The profile is written in a positive developmental tone and provides extensive and detailed information across eighteen emotional intelligence competencies that underpin seven higher-order leadership dimensions. It contains a summary of the individual’s most distinctive characteristics with a description how these characteristics work to his or her advantage or disadvantage. It also provides details of an individual’s abilities across a range of competencies including: vision, organizational intelligence, problem solving, change management, team development, self-management, and stress management – and makes recommendations for a plan to develop identified strengths and developmental needs.

6. Executive Coaching

Our Executive Coaching programs provide support for individuals and teach a self-paced learning procedure that builds emotional intelligence and integrates new learning into the workplace.
