The Sultan's Quest / Ramayana Rescue ™

Ramayana Rescue ™ Case Study

Tirian Team Building at the Sheraton

Almost 300 of AstraZeneca's sales and marketing team from across Australia were given something totally unique by the Tirian team-building and training group and the Sheraton Nusa Indah. Tiran's "Ramayana Rescue"(TM) is a fun-filled reenactment of the famous Hindu Epic. A tale of love and loathing that is familiar to every Balinese school kid, this cherished story is a powerful way to learn both about local culture and the group dynamic.

Using hundreds of local dancers to supplement the "artistic" contributions of the sales and marketing teams from Australia, the color, pageantry and energy created was electrifying. Serving as Master of Ceremonies for the event was former 4 time Australian Aerobics Champion, Paul Brown. Paul served a fast paced program throughout the day that culminated on the beach with the final magical backdrop of the sun setting over the bay.

Client Success Stories

"You know I always approach the outdoor learning activities with a degree of trepidation & cynicism both of which I'm sure came across during our initial discussions however I must say that I was extremely impressed with the program from: the scale to the principles around which the activity was developed, to the briefing, debriefing & finally awards. The attention to detail was very apparent & as a result many of the delegates from the Territory Managers to our HR director mentioned, not only how much they enjoyed it, but also how they could identify with some of the points being drawn out & relate them back to the workplace. Can't ask for much more than that.
