The Glass Ceiling

2 billion people live on $2 a day. Now, for 2 hours your team can see how you fare with the $2 a day challenge through this perception changing simulation.

Many of us struggle to get to the top in business , but what must it be like to struggle to run a business at the bottom? Our new CSR program will challenge your business skills, your leadership abilities, your team and the way you see life, and at the same time help you understand the challenges of poverty and how everyone is affected. Tirian has adopted this popular TEAR program, and to add real authenticity to it can run it with our HK CSR partner the Crossroads Foundation in their special simulation centre or in conjunction with our development partners in Bali at the ROLE Foundation in Bali - where teams can not only learn about CSR, but spend some time doing it.

"This was one of the most profound programs we could have ever taken our team on"
Dr Adrian Eberle / DKSH.
