Judy Purse

Judy Purse (BEduc. Grad Dip Psych), Special guest associate consultant psychologist in EQ development and profiling, is a consultant psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Counselling Psychologists. She has extensive experience in the areas of leadership performance profiling, personnel selection and workshop facilitation.

Judy has a strong background in designing and delivering professional development profiles for companies, including specialist training in the BarOn EQ-i and Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Along with Martyn Newman (Director of Byzedium) she has co-authored a EQ-I Professional Development Report for leaders, that translates the emotional competencies of the EQ-I into specific workplace strengths and developmental concerns.

As a professional trainer she has conducted training workshops for a number or companies, including World Vision and CPA Australia. In the past three years Judy has been responsible for designing and delivering performance reviews for the National Board and the Victorian Divisional Council of CPA Australia.

Judy is the director of RocheMartin.
