Peter Malcolm

Peter Malcolm (Guest Associate /keynote speaker) is an international expedition leader, change facilitator, inspirational public speaker, adventurer.

Peter has led several expeditions to Antarctica and has visited the continent over a 15 times, including his first expedition, with Robert Swan, where 3 people walked 1,400 kms to the South Pole and Peter's ship was crushed by ice and sank with no loss of life. He has sailed boats and square-rigged ships doing unique projects all over the world. Peter has designed and run youth-at-risk and corporate programs and recently again with Robert, Peter took a team of youth to the World Summit in Johannesburg, helped clear out 1000 tonnes of rubbish from a Russian Antarctic Base and co-led two Antarctic international corporate environmental expeditions.

Peter specialises in thinking and speaking from ‘outside of the box’ with an emphasis on achieving long term positive goals by doing small achievable steps. Peter researches company principles and policies and varies his presentation to suit the venue and Conference style. He has inspired audiences both as a Keynote and as an after-dinner speaker using a more relaxed and entertaining style of talk.  Peter has set up Orca Expeditions as a sustainable based personal and corporate development organisation. It takes people on extraordinary personal and team journeys often into wilderness areas both on land and by sea.
