Terry cut his teeth in management roles in the retail and oil industries before travelling overseas to run hospitals in some of the world's trickiest places. Terry is now a competent consultant, trainer, mentor and coach, and has been for almost twenty years, Terry focuses on strategic visioning, managing change, performance management, and team skills.

A keen writer and video producer on subjects relating to managing change, Terry's 'Managing for Performance' programs are conducted in some of Australia's top organisations. Terry is also a DiSC accredited master trainer, and he uses DiSC and other licensed tools to develop leadership and team skills in a wide range of different organisations through Australia and Asia.

Terry is a trained adult educator, programme developer and workplace assessor, and he was intimately involved with the response of TAFE NSW's response to the recently nationally accredited Business Services Training packages. He acts as an expert advisor on matters relating to human resource management, workplace training and assessment.

Having worked in India, Asia, Africa, the South Pacific, the USA, South America, and East Timor, Terry is an excellent trainer with many years of invaluable leadership experience.
