Dr Kevin Fleming

Dr Kevin Fleming received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame and has utilized over 10 years of clinical and organizational insight that can best be explained as “the neuroscience of leadership and behavior change in the workplace.” Utilizing alignment principles of human nature and working with the ways of the brain, Dr. Fleming gets commitment more naturally than merely refining traditional compliant means of managing by making pushing, prodding, telling, yelling, or convincing just “sound better.”  He specializes in that subtle yet critical performance consulting aspect that translates instructional content into the secrets of effortless implementation.  He works in organizational and societal arenas requiring profound behavior changes/ethics, and not just mere learning of ideas/topics.

He is an active critic of the 100 billion dollar a year training industry with little to show in transformative change or ROI.  He has been called a “much sought after executive coach” and a “man of unusually acute insight” by corporate philosopher and best selling author Tom V. Morris (If Aristotle Ran General Motors). His executive coaching clients have included such notable client types as a prominent Asian-American billionaire, top ranking CEOs, Juilliard musicians, and even professional athletes. He has worked at the renowned high profile Beau Monde programs for executive development and transformation which has been featured in Money magazine (8/2006).  Dr. Fleming’s writings and insights have been featured in the New York Times, on msn.com, Consumer Health Journal, Prevention magazine, and Physician Executive. He contributes regularly to the Gately Newsletter, a leading management consulting firm out of Boston, as well as being a regular columnist on “Transformation Insights” with Executive Decision Magazine, a national innovative high end thought leadership magazine. Dr. Fleming is an active member of thhttp://www.effectiveexecutivecoaching.com/books/halftruthhigh/index.htmle World Business Academy, Institute for Executive Development, American Society of Training & Development, and the American Psychological Association.
