Carol Fusek has lived and worked in the Asia region since 1991. Prior to joining the Tirian team she worked as a Supply Chain and Customer Service professional and brings with her 26yrs of experience in the Procter & Gamble Company (P&G). During her first 11 years in Asia with P&G her responsibilities included developing Customer Teams with major retailers in Australia, creating robust distribution and customer service teams in Malaysia and Singapore, and improving the reliability of snack food imports from the US into Asia. As Associate Director of Customer Service Logistics, Asia, she helped lead a radical organization re-design which led to the creation of a regional Customer Service Logistics centre in Singapore. |

While at P&G she received a Lifetime Achievement Award for her work leading the development of Customer Service training and mastery across the P&G service teams in Asia. In this capacity she conducted two day service training seminars and 1 day train the trainer sessions. As a result over 200 employees received this training which enabled them to drive improved service results for on-time delivery and billing accuracy Since 2002, Carol has pursued her interests in volunteerism and currently is a member of a local NGO where she provides project management guidance and training. In another role she is certified to conduct quality care evaluations in dementia care and volunteers this service at a local day care program in Singapore. Originally from California in the US, Carol is also a graduate of the University of California, Davis where she earned two bachelor degrees Carol is responsible for Sales in Singapore as well as being available to facilitate programs in the region. |
