Dr Peter Downey   Grant Henderson Bruce Haddon  Paul Brown

Grant Henderson is the manager of Tirian Australia and  oversees business development internationally. Grant has developed strong strategic and organizational skills working as an air traffic controller and managing cross cultural teams both in Australia and the Middle East.He has traveled extensively and has developed a warm and open approach to working with people from different cultures and in a range of different industries.

Dr Peter Downey (BEd, MA, EdD)
A dynamic and entertaining speaker and facilitator, Peter uses his background in education and public relations to apply realistic principles to the corporate world. He holds a doctorate in education and is the author of three internationally best-selling parenting and marriage books. His specialties include burnout, the principles of high achievement, men’s issues and the family/work balance. Peter is a popular commentator on a range of television and radio programs and was recently featured on the ABC Television special “Australian Story”. Bruce Haddon (MA Grad Dip AFAIM)
Bruce is the Managing Director of Haddon/Perceptions creative consultancy.  Originally trained as a music arranger, he has since been credited with creating a highly successful global TV jingle and musical director of the US Soul legends "The Drifters”. More recently, he has written and directed Singapore's largest business press campaign for global bank ABN AMRO, and named the billion-dollar superannuation product "Lifetrack". Bruce is the recipient of major advertising awards, and is in demand as a keynote speaker on creative thinking for both personal development and brand innovation. (keynote speaker)

Tim Paul
Tim Paul has a Masters in Leadership and Management from Curtain University Graduate School of Business, focusing on continuing education in leadership, organisational change and personal effectiveness Tim has more than 15 years experience in: Strategy, Change Management, Business Improvement, Business Development, Information Technology, Project Management and Training Design and Delivery. Through this work Tim has dealt with a range of clients in the areas of: Banking, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Government.  This work has led to him developing business critical solutions, and through this work he has engaged with a broad cross section of the customers’ workforce from process worker to CEO, negotiating outcomes, coaching, training, and facilitating change. Tim has an easy and approachable personality and strong people skills with the capacity to develop rapport through active listening and questioning. Tim is sensitive to the barriers that can inhibit individual commitments to teams and to the diversity of cultural and cross-functional influences in projects as well as the capacity to facilitate and coach buy-in in these situations.

Rod Power (BEc)

Tracey Dickson B Com (Accounting and Investments), Grad Dip Ed (Education and Training of Adults), M Ed (Adult Education), M Com in Human Resource Management and is doing a PHd in Corporate Outdoor Adventure Programs. Tracey is a training and organisational development consultant with over 14 years experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of experiential training programs both in Australia and the USA. Tracey is also a full time Lecturer at the University of Wollongong Faculty of Commerce in Human resource development and Management. Liz Yeo  (B Soc Sc MEd (Adult Ed))
Liz has been a professional facilitator for the past 15 years. She has been involved in extensive facilitation and training for trainers, working with groups and setting up training programs for many organisations including the Australian AIDS Council and many overseas aid agencies. She has worked with all levels of management, and has strong focus on life skills. Through her experiences, Liz has gained valuable insight into many different people from many different walks of life.

Matthew Leigh-Jones (BA Llb LLM),
Matt, formerly a lawyer with Clayton Utz Solicitors, is currently practicing as a legal consultant whilst completing a Masters of Law in Information Technology. Along with group facilitation he will bring substantial problem solving skills coupled with an acute awareness of both corporate needs and the Asian culture. Darren McCubbin and Paul Anthony Hogan


 

The faces of energetic "Improvising", Paul Anthony Hogan and Darren McCubbin, are popping up all over the Comedy circuit and regularly seen on television.   Paul has starred on Neighbours and hosted Melbourne’s New years Eve concert several times for over 3000 people. Darren started a PhD in pure Maths, but was lured away by the lights of the stage, and then continued studies in Communication. Darren is officially the loudest person in Australia, and is the 3rd loudest in the world. Fast and funny, you can expected the unexpected as Paul and Darren weave the laughs through any program.
