John Harvey

Carol Fusek (Singapore Manager) has lived and worked in the Asia region since 1991.  Prior to joining the Tirian team she worked as a Supply Chain and Customer Service professional and brings with her 26yrs of experience in the Procter & Gamble Company (P&G).   During her first 11 years in Asia with P&G her responsibilities included developing Customer Teams with major retailers in Australia, creating robust distribution and customer service teams in Malaysia and Singapore, and improving the reliability of snack food imports from the US into Asia.  As Associate Director of Customer Service Logistics, Asia, she helped lead a radical organization re-design which led to the creation of a regional Customer Service Logistics centre in Singapore.  While at P&G she received a Lifetime Achievement Award for her work leading the development of Customer Service training and mastery across the P&G service teams in Asia. 

Yoke Darmawan  BA (Indonesian Manager)
Yoke has had many years experience in the hospitality industry in Indonesia. Most recently she has worked in PR and marketing for 4 and 5 star hotels and for tourism magazines, and a major part of her role has been training. Prior to this she was on the sales and marketing team at the Grand Hyatt. She is a gifted presenter in both English and Indonesian and is very talented in the organisation o large projects that require local and overseas coordination.   Picture

John Harvey (LLb) John’s specialty is the psychology of the subconscious mind. With a background as a Barrister, Corporate Accountant, Tax Consultant, and Television presenter/executive, John has a broad range of professional experience. As well as excelling in each of these fields, John worked as a co-scripter / writer for the popular TV series LA Law. After personally combating terminal illness through special training and use of the subconscious mind, John has redirected his energies to helping others including champions sports people, realise their own potential and achieve in their chosen field. more

Mui Hwa Ng  BA
Mui Hwa NG, a Chinese Singaporean has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and London for the last 20 years. With a long history in advertising, she has worked extensively with multicultural teams from multinational companies across Asia, implementing global marketing and advertising strategies and campaigns across borders and cultures. She also co-developed "Assertiveness and Empowerment" workshops for women business executives in the 90s in HK. She is familiar with corporate and retail, banking and the FMCG industries, amongst others. Today, Mui Hwa NG continues her career in corporate training and development work throughout Asia. With a fluency in Putonghua and Cantonese as well as English, she is a highly sought after trainer and facilitator for companies throughout Asia, especially the China market. She holds degrees in Sociology and English and is a strong believer in 'experiential learning'.

Wendy Chua  is a professional in human development and achievement.  Wendy has a BA (First-class honors) in Psychology and Education, and is currently working on her MA in Educational Psychology with Simon Fraser University. She is a cognitive coach, accredited by the National Centre for Teaching Thinking (Boston). For the last ten years Wendy has used her background in psychology to design and deliver programs that enhance learning, increase achievements and promote socio-emotional development.  Her work on maximizing achievement and performance has been presented at several international conferences as such as 7th International Conference on Thinking and 25th International Congress of Applied Psychology. Organizations that have invited her to share her expertise include Microsoft, Phillips, the National Library Board, the Young Presidents Organization and Chartered Semi-Conductor.

Craig Marshall BA
After starting with a BA in Business and Telecommunications, Craig became an ATP tennis professional, ranking in the top 300 in the world. He also reached the top 5 in South West United States and is a member of the USA PTR. As a single handicap golfer, Craig has now developed his golf to a professional standard and has been accredited as a golf professional with the Kuykendall Golf Science Institute in the USA. Since Craig retired from the ATP world circuit he has pursued teaching tennis and golf, using learning experiences from the sports as metaphors for the corporate experience. His teaching career has taken him all over world, including:  Europe, USA, the Middle East, Japan, South East Asia and Australia. He is also the Director of a Fitness Centre which works in with five star hotels. His extremely innovative methods of teaching, based on kinesthetic experiential learning, challenge people and help them to learn to focus.(speaks Indonesian) Picture

Greg Redden
Greg has been a Freelance Script Writer and Translator for Lemhanas (National Defence Research Institute) since 1988, and has recently translated several articles printed in the Indonesian language into English. He is a humorous and gifted MC, cross-cultural trainer and interpreter with numerous duties and clients that has seen him involved in cross-cultural programs for over a decade. (Fluent Indonesian/ Simultaneous interpreter)

Robin A. Speculand MBA (Associate consultant in Implementing Strategic Change)
Robin’s specialty is in enhancing whole organisation performance. Robin was Citigroup’s Regional Vice President / Service & Quality Manager for Corporate Bank, Asia Pacific. He assisted the 13 countries in the region, where Citigroup has a Corporate presence, to implement the global breakout strategy, based on Six Sigma and behaviour change. He moved to Singapore at the invitation of the Service Quality (SQ) Centre, a joint venture between Singapore Government and Singapore Airlines where he managed the International and Local Business Development team. He is the founder and President of BRIM – Business Roundtable for Innovative Management, (a Singapore based think tank) and a holder of a Silver Medal in public speaking.
He is also a Singapore (Quality Award) Class Qualified Assessor. Robin is a specialist in the implementation of strategies and initiatives into organisations. He is an excellent event facilitator and engaging public speaker. (keynote speaker) Picture   (Based in Singapore)
