Tan Kai Hiang
After obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the Nanyang Technological University, Tan Kai Hiang had a successful career in the Hospitality and Retail Industry for over 7 years. Her responsibilities while managing the retail business included human resource development, strategic marketing, local and overseas procurement, customer relationship management and operations. During that period, Kai also served as a volunteer in several community projects such as Lions Club of Singapore CyberCare, Make-a-Wish Foundation and CampVision. Through her volunteer service, Kai found her true passion was in coaching and facilitating. She entered the training fraternity in 2003. As a Certified NLP (Neuro-Lingusitic Programming) Master Practitioner and with vast experiences from Adventure Learning and EQ Learning.
