Rowena Wynveld
Rowena has a degree in Economics and Psychology, a post graduate diploma in Human Resources with studies focusing on Negotiation and Mediation, and a Certificate IV in Coaching. Rowena spent 18 years in the corporate world, mostly in the role of Human Resources Manager. During that time she has worked in and consulted to organizations in the pharmaceutical, chemical, finance, government, educational and hospitality fields. Rowena has traveled extensively and has consulted and trained in Australia and New Zealand in the areas of Change Management, Leadership and Development. She has had significant experience in developing executive leadership programs and with 360 degree performance management.
