Gaia Grant

Gaia Grant, Executive Managing Director of Tirian International Consultancy , is a perceptive communicator who is able to use her unique insights into individuals and organizations at all levels to enlighten groups.

Gaia is the author of several books, including: "Who Killed Creativity?" (Jossey Bass / Wiley), "A Patch of Paradise" and "The Rhythm of Life" (Random House). Her research and extensive travel to many unique countries, combined with her experience in running an international organization with extensive reach, has given her an appreciation of the qualities needed for self, team and organizational leadership. With a background in Education and Psychology, Gaia is able to utilise a diverse range of ideas to relate to and engage audiences.

Gaia has featured on international radio and TV (including BBC and commercial TV programs), & in several international business publications such as the Australian Financial Review & the Asian Wall St Journal. She continues to write for a range of media, and is regularly asked to speak about her thoughts and experiences. She is also a highly skilled and creative program designer, coach and facilitator with the ability to perceive deeper needs and find ways of exploring these positively and purposefully.

Along with business and corporate work, Gaia and her partner Andrew, CEO of Tirian International, have been involved in many other fields of training, including working with aid projects in El Salvador and tribal groups in Thailand and India. Gaia has been a lecturer in Education at the Central Philippines University and more recently has worked with the International and Indian Schools Total Health Program as an Associate Director, writing for, and training senior education, health and political officials to produce a program that will become the standard text throughout India and other developing countries. This project is targeted to reach over 25 million children worldwide.

When not traveling Gaia lives between Sydney and Bali.
