Carol Fusek brings a strong background of delivering facilitating, coaching and consulting services to corporate clients across the Asia-Pacific region where she has lived and worked since 1991. In addition to regional country specific knowledge, Carol has in-depth expertise in supply chain, customer relationship fundamentals, team management, organization design and operations. Carol's experience includes 26yrs with Procter & Gamble (P&G), a global consumer goods company. As P&G Associate Director of Customer Service Logistics Asia, she helped lead an organization redesign and creation of a regional Customer Service Logistics Centre in Singapore.

Lloyd Irwin - Prior to taking on a senior account management and program delivery role with Tirian, Lloyd was the Director of an adult learning institution. In this role Lloyd was required to supervise both the administrative functions and learning programs of the organization, and he demonstrated high level leadership and management skills. Originally an architect, Lloyd discovered that he preferred building people rather than structures, and he spent the next 15 years as a leader and trainer predominantly in the not-for-profit sector.

Albert King is an Action Learning Facilitator and Personal Development Coach delivering programs to organisations on Teamwork, Leadership, Communications and Goals Setting. He is a member of International Association of Facilitators, Association of Experiential Education, a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Leave-No-Trace Trainer, a CA of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and holds a Bachelors of Commerce & Administration Degree in Accountancy from Victoria University of Wellington. Albert has over 25 years of finance and business experience having lived and worked in New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and South East Asia.

Alby Allison is a seasoned management executive who has worked in private and public environments, primarily focusing on human resources and training. Alby holds a Master of Commerce (Work Place Relations), Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training, and certificates in training, development and personnel management, and she has a longstanding commitment to supporting people in their career development. Her management experience has seen her establish key roles in leadership, strategic marketing, team building, communication and negotiation. Alby has held roles in recruitment companies, tertiary education and banking. Alby is based in Singapore

Rowena Wynveld has a degree in Economics and Psychology, a post graduate diploma in Human Resources with studies focusing on Negotiation and Mediation, and a Certificate IV in Coaching. Rowena spent 18 years in the corporate world, mostly in the role of Human Resources Manager. During that time she has worked in and consulted to organizations in the pharmaceutical, chemical, finance, government, educational and hospitality fields.

April Hu has over fifteen years of executive learning and delivery experience in major countries in Asia. Her experience in different aspects of executive education gives her a rich background to meet the challenges for the adult-learner of today. April holds a BSc Electrical Engineering from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. April who lives between Hong Kong and Bali is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Gregory Burns - Internationally acclaimed Speaker on Motivation and Creativity Internationally acclaimed motivational speaker, athlete and artist, Gregory competed in the 1992, 1996 and 2000 Paralympic Games as a member of the USA Disabled Swim Team. Winning numerous gold and silver medals Gregory s swimming career saw him break an unprecedented five world records.

John Harvey specialty is the psychology of the subconscious mind. With a background as a barrister, corporate accountant, and television presenter/executive, John has a broad range of professional experience. As well as excelling in each of these fields, John worked as a co-scriptwriter for the popular TV series 'LA Law'. After personally combating terminal illness through special training and use of the subconscious mind, John has redirected his energies to helping others realize their own potential and achieve in their chosen field.

Craig Marshall - After starting with a BA in Business and Telecommunications, Craig became an ATP tennis professional, ranking in the top 300 in the world. He also reached the top 5 in South West United States and is a member of the USA PTR. Craig has now developed his golf to a professional standard and has been accredited as a golf professional with the Kuykendall Golf Science Institute in the USA. Since Craig retired from the ATP world circuit he has pursued teaching tennis and golf, using learning experiences from the sports as metaphors for the corporate experience.

Robin Speculand specialty is in enhancing whole organisation performance. Robin was Citigroup's Regional Vice President / Service & Quality Manager for Corporate Bank, Asia Pacific. He assisted the 13 countries in the region, where Citigroup has a Corporate presence, to implement the global breakout strategy, based on Six Sigma and behaviour change. He moved to Singapore at the invitation of the Service Quality (SQ) Centre, a joint venture between Singapore Government and Singapore Airlines where he managed the International and Local Business Development team. He is the founder and President of BRIM – Business Roundtable for Innovative Management, (a Singapore based think tank) and a holder of a Silver Medal in public speaking. He is also a Singapore (Quality Award) Class Qualified Assessor. Robin is a specialist in the implementation of strategies and initiatives into organisations. He is an excellent event facilitator and engaging public speaker.
