AMADEUS IN VIETNAM

Before we even arrived in Vietnam we knew this was going to be an interesting cultural challenge. Senior staff from over 15 countries from different regions of the world met for a 3 day Tirian integrated program. In that time Tirian’s goal was to help them consider the specific challenge of “Working in a Virtual Team”, giving them a focus and streamlining communication.

Using the local environment, the group was split into teams and had to capture the essence of Amadeus in Vietnam on camera to show at the “Saigon Stars Academy Awards”. Yoke Wibawa and Rod Power, a Tirian team member who is also a respected actor from Australia, hosted one of the most entertaining theme dinners ever seen in Saigon. Andrew Grant directed the rest of the seminar, leading the group through an integrated DiSC Profiling, Goal Setting and Team Development program.
