DESIRE:
The current Asia Pac team was the first team to learn and role out SAP. After a very successful role out they now will be doing multiple role outs in several countries simultaneously. The need to ensure consistency, the sharing of best practices and be rewarded for their success lead the HR division of Levis to Tirian

SOLUTION:
Tirian designed a 2 day program focusing on teams under pressure (ON THIN ICE) and helping individuals work with each others strengths (DISC).
