Purpose:
- To build on previous results generated by participation in Tirian programs.
- To develop an aligned team that can successfully work with their clients.
Solution:
- Tirian ran an extensive Third Dimension Program in Singapore designed and integrated for maximum effect:
- Dimension 1 Team building exercise - ‘Take 2’. A great way to learn about the team’s roles and values, this exercise helps teams to focus and learn to work towards a common goal.
- Dimension 2 Interactive seminar - ‘Dynamic Interaction’. Individuals learn to use their unique personalities to bring out eachother’s strengths and start to work as a team.
- Dimension 3 Coaching before, during and after the program. Through individualized DISC profiling and One on One interviews, specific recommendations and follow up were given for implementation back in the workplace.
