Customized Solutions

Through our 'Synchronized Organizational Development Solutions', Tirian is able to assess the organization’s needs and come up with an appropriate customized program plan.

There are three levels of solutions, each designed to cater to different levels of need:

1. Individual Program Modules

Tirian’s individual program modules are ideal for one-off events, limited time-frames, and reaching more basic outcomes.

For specific outcomes and parameters not covered in our integrated program packages, it is recommended that you choose modules from our full menu range on an ‘a la carte’ basis.

2. Integrated Program Packages

3. Total Targeted Solutions

Tailored program plans that are individually designed to provide the most complete solution from the range of programs and services Tirian offers. After an extensive assessment and interview process (including a Needs Assessment Questionnaire), Tirian chooses the most appropriate selection of D1, D2 and/or D3 modules (should be linked to D1, D2, D3 pages for those who jumped directly to this page) to form an integrated course in consultation with the client. This is then followed up with an evaluation process.
