Over

maps a companies values, behaviors and actions in both the current
and desired state and then compares the difference. It is a great tool for leaders to
gain a picture of their organisation (current and potential) and a perfect way to
promote open dialogue and discussion in a safe environment.
This simple to
use, 4 page A3 colour document, when combined with a good simulation and
facilitation, will help a team discover for themselves how a companies
values affects team issues such as creativity, leadership, change
