Discovering the power of a forum

This is moderated session with targeted activities is designed to reveal individual behavioural styles and to bring to the surface any specific team dynamics issues that may need to dealt with in the forum group. A great chance to share and explore issues and ideas in a safe environment with an independent facilitator.

Day 1

Dynamic Interaction ™ (Part 1: The individual)
The most effective individuals and teams are those who understand themselves, recognize the demands of a situation, and adapt strategies to meet those needs. Using DISC profiles, forum members will learn to understand their behavior and temperament and identify the environment most conducive for personal and organizational success within the context of their forum as well back in the work context.

Lateral Sports ™ (Golf or Tennis)
Everyone in an organization and an organization as a whole is affected by individual choices, decisions and performance. This program helps individuals to discover the impact of their behaviours, choices and explore ways to improve personal competence through positive thought strategies. By harnessing simple but powerful mind techniques, complete novices and more advanced players alike can learn how to improve technical skills, develop mental strategies and achieve specific outcomes for success.

  3. Greg Burns: gold medallist Para-Olympian, iron man and artist

Dynamic Interaction ™ (Part 2: The team)
Focuses on helping individuals understand how they tend to react with different behavior styles in a group context, through looking at typical reaction patterns and encouraging scenario sharing, and also helps leaders and teams assess how effectiveness can be increased and higher levels of performance ensured.

Ultimate Optimism ™  and/or The Life Rhythm
Exploration of and practice in using cognitive positive thinking and behavior strategies  for specific scenarios – exploring the sorts of challenges individuals can face in life and discussing how to respond to these, particularly considering how relationships can be affected AND/OR learning to live ‘in the zone’ and balance work / life cycles better.
