YPO / WPO Forum Retreats and Events

BACKGROUND:

Forums consist of a committed small group of CEOs and Presidents from a diverse range of industries who come together on a regular basis to share experiences, provide mutual inspiration and discuss issues in a confidential setting. Sometimes an external facilitator is engaged to assist with content and delivery and provide independent neutral input and feedback.

NEEDS:

These forum groups often benefit from professional facilitation to ensure relevant issues are addressed appropriately in the highly confidential setting required. One such forum wanted to organize a retreat to provide this opportunity in a relaxed setting.

OUTCOMES:

Through carefully designed and facilitated integrated programs, Tirian created positive intervening experiences for the participants. These experiences broke down the barriers and helped the individuals learn more about themselves within the context of their team, forum and organization. Increased awareness of potential issues related to a range of issues – including (but not exclusive to) individual goals and group dynamics, leadership and life – and the opportunity to safely and honestly discuss these in a confidential forum context.
