Thailand is a unique country in Asia. To help MNC's work successfully with cross cultural teams, it is vital that sensitive cultural issues are worked through with facilitators that understands both local and overseas mindsets. We are able to ensure international and local staff know how to build positive relationships and work together effectively for successful results.

Tirian has designed customized programs suited to the needs of a diverse range of teams.. These include programs focusing on:
