DISC Profiling - DISC Training
The DISC training model does not measure personalities but rather behaviour in a specific situation. Unlike other profiles, the DISC profiling model assumes that people have the ability to choose their preferred style and behave in a manner they have some control over. Although we all tend to have a default behaviour style, by being aware of the process we are able to understand ourselves and those we deal with to ensure we can gain maximum benefit out of any situation.
As a leader we can either assess the environment and the other players to ensure we will behave in a way that brings out the best in all, or we can create an environment that encourages the skills needed to succeed.
