The Sultan's Quest
The Sultan's Quest is an instance of unique team building event program that is themed around ancient Malaysian mystical stories.
Through the Sultan's Quest, Tirian has created an exotic mythological experience, in which teams are challenged to build traditional forms of transport and reenact a fascinating historical journey. Often team building activities are no more than adults playing cowboys and Indians with good guy / bad guy reenactments, but team building for Tirian is not about competition but cooperative action and collaborative problem solving. The Sultan's Quest, created in Malaysia, is the latest team building program on offer that encourages constructive leadership and the many other positive interpersonal and communication skills to encourage team development in an exciting environment.
Outcomes and skills developed: Team cooperative planning and goal setting, team leadership, team working together to achieve targeted goals.

Malaysia is home to over 14,500 species of flowering plants & trees, more than 200 species of mammals, 600 species of birds, 140 species of snakes and 60 species of lizards? Much of the country has been preserved as wildlife reserves, making it a unique location for team building.
