Afternoon Session:
This session
introduces the world’s ‘Gold Standard’ model for understanding
and measuring Emotional Intelligence and uncovers a further
eight social and emotional competencies essential to successful
performance. The workshop then reveals the seven ‘must have’
components in any training program aimed at accelerating the
development of emotional intelligence, and presents a clear
blueprint for systematically building emotional intelligence and
leadership skills in the organization.
Day Two:
Enhancing Leadership potential and achieving
empowerment
through a positive vision
Speaker:
Andrew Grant
Morning Session:
"Inspiring
Leadership: enhancing leadership potential"
The Inspiring Leadership
program is designed to assist leaders with understanding
contemporary leadership models and seeing the importance of
turning the latest theories into action. Many of the principles
taught in this session reflect the findings in Jim Collin's book
Good to Great on level 5 leaders. By discussing the impact of
different leadership styles on individuals and organizations,
and by encouraging participants to embrace empowering leadership
principles, constructive leadership becomes a positive habitual
skill.
Afternoon
Session:
"Optimistic Leadership:
boosting positive
through
strategies for building a leadership vision"
Optimism is
one of the keys to maintaining high EQ as a leader, and an
important factor in helping to drive a company forward.
Utilizing a strong educational approach to ensure practical
outcomes for participants, the Optimistic Leadership program is
based on Dr. Seligman’s groundbreaking academic research. The
Optimistic Leadership Program is for those who would like an
“edge” in leadership, who would welcome a warmer and more vital
workplace and would like to see increased production,
motivation, creativity, as well as a boost in morale, all
flowing through to the bottom line.
