1. About the needs assessment and evaluation process
Statistics show that learning experiences need to be reinforced over the long term for maximum effectiveness. To assist with this Tirian is able to include custom made pre-assessment and follow up plans for all programs. Pre-assessment can include: interview meetings, one-on-on sessions, needs analysis questionnaires, articles for participants, customizing and designing of the teaching component of the program to suit the specific needs of the group. Follow up can include: goal setting and implementation, business facilitation, coaching, strategic implementation with customized implementation compass.
2. About the business facilitation process
Business Facilitation is designed to get people working through issues cooperatively and effectively. Meetings can move much faster and with less stress through the guidance of an external facilitator. With a professional Tirian facilitator constructive dialogue can replace debating, and individuals can be carefully guided through each stage of the process. Good facilitation ensures that outcomes of meetings are effectively achieved and the individuals involved maintain both ownership of the process and the outcomes. (Note: Tirian does not provide CONTENT for facilitated sessions, but can work with the client on additional days* to design content & or agenda.

About the coaching process
One-on-one individualized coaching develops individual skills in effective communication, presentation, leadership and self-management. This is a focused way to deal with personal and organizational issues. Coaching is a valuable tool for success. It is vital to have an independent unbiased person available to mentor you (confidentially) and assist you with the skills you need to get where you want to go.
Integral programs can be “stand alone”, “ongoing”, or “integrated” into a conference program. They can take place either before (pre assessment), during, or after (on the job follow up) a program.
4. About the A.C.T.I.O.N Planning process
Tirian’s A.C.T.I.O.N Planning process ensures key concepts explored are solidified and the ideas are transferred into practical action to ensure outcomes are reached. Through a simple analysis technique, individuals and teams are shown how to isolate important factors and how to move from their current state to the desired state, as well as how they can convert needs into action steps for follow up. The three-step process ensures that major issues are identified, goals are specified and action steps applied.
