Unfortunately, when times get tough, staff development is often the first area to get cut. At the time when individuals are most likely in need of support and direction, help is hard to find, and they are often left stranded with more pressure than ever. 

Tirian has, for many years, been approached by the managers of companies to develop their staff as individuals and teams. But now individuals can go direct to Tirian themselves for independent sessions as well as formally through their company channels.

We are not offering legal advice or psychological assessment sessions.  We are offering educational coaching and mentoring, where you’ll have the chance to talk through areas you want to grow in and be given some tools to get you there.

After seminars we constantly get approached by people who have been motivated to find a way to deal with a certain issue that is blocking them and their work. Now with our direct coaching program you don’t need to wait for a Tirian seminar to arrange a session. You and/or your group can email, phone or even arrange an appointment. Tirian will use their unique Third Dimension approach to guide you through.

Nature of Relationship

The Client should  be aware that the Coaching Relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. In the event the Client feels the need for professional counseling or therapy it is the responsibility of the Client to seek a licensed professional.  Coaching results are not guaranteed. The Client enters into the coaching with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.

What do I need to do?

The choice is yours…

  • You can arrange a phone call, email (anonymously if preferred) or arrange to have an appointment (subject to location).

  • It can be a quick one off session or ongoing long term development – it's up to you.

  • Your session will be confidential.

How do you structure it?

  • Our coaching sessions work on an upfront flat fee per half hour. 
  • We have standard or express standby rates available and offer more value for ongoing longer term sessions and past program participants. 

  • You can decide on your budget and then see what you can get in that time OR we can work from your outcomes (what you want to achieve) to decide how much time will be required.

  • We will try to match you with the most appropriate person on our team who is available at the time you need (subject to Tirian staff availability.)
