Coaching is a valuable tool for success. It is vital to have an independent unbiased person available to mentor you (confidentially) and assist you with the skills you need to get where you want to go. At Tirian we believe that you are the expert for your situation. We want to give you the tools for coping and help you find the answers. The role of a mentor is someone who can play the devil's advocate with a level of objectivity that makes everything clear. Successful companies and individuals know the value of individual personal development. Attaining the skills to deal with day to day issues and reach longer term goals is vital in today's changing society. Coaching and mentoring can be done privately OR can be integrated into any of Tirian's Third Dimension Programs. Many companies choose to have
participants do "One on One" or "sub team" sessions
with a facilitator before, during or after a program. This ensures learning
can be maximized for each person and therefore transferred. One-on-one individualised coaching develops individual skills in effective communication, presentation, leadership and self-management. Have you met our
