Mission Possible: Inventing the Future

Vision Mission Values & Building 'Branded' Customer Service

As information becomes a commodity and today’s excellence becomes tomorrow’s norm, companies will have to understand the power of “story” in their organization. But this cannot simply take place at the executive level. Every person in the company must know, understand and be able to live this “story”. The true test of people understanding their company’s values is if they can apply them outside their given field.

It is important to know the core and non-core issues of your organization, as these factors can significantly influence success, morale and direction. Team leaders need to have a clear idea about what can change and adapt to the environment and what should never change. This will empower them to take responsibility and make tough decisions.

Visionary companies don’t see there is a choice between living according to their values or being pragmatic; they see it as a challenge to find pragmatic solutions that are consistent with their core values and vision. (Collins) Delivering good generic customer service is no longer enough to distinguish business products and service.

To deliver consistent experiences throughout the organization, every individual will need to understand “branded customer service”. Using the latest educational methods, this session helps people discover for themselves how to differentiate their company, how much they know and should know about their company, and helps them feel a part of the bigger picture. Participants will be challenged to think “outside the box” through creative learning experiences.

Program outcomes:
Attitude Introducing the concept of creating and implementing a vision (and/or working with a companies existing vision to make relevant and alive for teams).
Approach Looking at company culture and core values and considering how these impact on the organization and what can be achieved
Action Reflecting on how to ‘live’ the vision in practical terms and brand customer service
