These unique workshops are designed to help refocus… rebalance… and realign life values. Set in stunning environments with luxury accommodation, the sessions are designed to provide the master tools needed to tune up and to get into shape: mentally, physically and emotionally. Information about the latest psychological and physiological research is combined with simple practical exercises, targeted group discussions and focused relaxation opportunities.

This seminar series focuses on ways to improve personal relationships in order to maintain a healthy balance in work and personal life.

The exclusive confidential live-in workshops are aimed at those who see the value of maintaining significant relationships. The discussion topics will cover Male/Female differences, DiSC Behaviour Profiling and Personality Synchronizing, Positive Communication, Constructive Conflict Resolution and the Power of Optimism.

Recreational activities will also be integrated into the program to ensure it is a relaxing and enriching weekend away senior teams or couples. This is a unique opportunity to promote wellbeing and strengthen vital relationships.

Hosted by Gaia and Andrew Grant, (authors of A Patch of Paradise, Living in Three Dimensions and The Rhythm of Life,) with possible guest presenters Dr Peter Downey and Dr Martyn Newman.
