Finding
a Rhythm
These unique workshops are designed to help refocus… rebalance… and realign life values. Set in stunning environments with luxury accommodation, the sessions are designed to provide the master tools needed to tune up and to get into shape: mentally, physically and emotionally. Information about the latest psychological and physiological research is combined with simple practical exercises, targeted group discussions and focused relaxation opportunities. Challenging ideas about the way we - as individual adults, partners and workmates - relate to each other and function together in our society this seminar or keynote presents solid evidence that better productivity can only be achieved by a more balanced life. Based on her books "The Rhythm of Life", and A Patch of Paradise Gaia Grant will take you on a fascinating journey beyond our world into other cultures, looking at the ways these different cultures learn to find a "rhythm" which can give their lives a direction and solidarity of purpose. These sessions can focus on balancing our work, personal and or family lives with our other roles and expectations, as well as dealing with the stresses and pressures of modern life. As simple as these principles are, they may challenge the very foundation of the participants' beliefs and values. Boundaries will be pushed in the process of discovering this "rhythm". Ultimately these sessions will give practical ways to achieve better productivity. "Time is like air in a vacuum… we can end up filling it, no matter how much time there is available to us. We don’t need more time – we don’t need more hours in the day – we need to know how to manage time better, how to balance our lives more effectively so that we can make better use of the time we have. Being more balanced means we have a better appreciation for what we have, a stronger sense of satisfaction, and a more fulfilled and productive life."
“We are better paid, better fed, and better educated than ever. Yet the
divorce rate has doubled, the teen suicide rate has tripled, and
depression has soared in the past 30 years. The conclusion is
inescapable: Our lifestyles are packed with more stuff, but we lead
emptier lives. We are consuming more but enjoying it less.”
