Ultimate Optimism
the positive approach to life

Optimistic people are productive in all areas of their lives, staying healthier and using positive, re-enforcing, empowering language which influences those around them. When individuals are optimistic they work with more focus, achieve more, encourage those working around them, see problems as opportunities, find themselves in less conflict, and feel more enthusiastic in the work environment.

If you would like an “edge” on your competitors, if you would welcome a warmer and more vitalized workplace... if you would like increased production, motivation, creative thinking, and staff morale, all flowing through to the bottom line... we invite you to discuss with us  “Optimism – The Positive Approach to Life”.

Self image is everything. It affects the ways we think, feel and act – and determines the paths our lives will take. Self image is shaped from a very young age, but through learning constructive coping strategies, self image can develop into positive self-esteem, which will bring confidence and ultimately success in all areas of life.

Learned optimism comes from the way we respond to the events around us, and the ways we explain these events to ourselves. It is related to whether or not we feel we have control over our environment.

The most important conversation we have every day is with ourselves. “Self talk” is responsible for determining whether our outlook is optimistic or pessimistic, whether or not we develop a positive self image. Our self image is then responsible for our self success, or – conversely – our self destruction. The process of positive self talk can be used as a powerful aid in learning, as a therapeutic tool in treating disorders, banishing fears and phobias and becoming a better individual.

By improving self talk and teaching optimism, we can develop the confidence to deal with life issues and develop a positive self esteem. (NB: this is not a simplistic session of Positive Thinking)

Through this session you will:

· Discover how “learned optimism” is connected to an improved outlook on life, better health, and higher achievement

· Appreciate the importance of a positive self image

· Learn the art of taking control.

- Develop some constructive “self talk” strategies

Did you know that sales people who have an optimistic mindset can outsell pessimists by 58%?
