6. Unlocking Creativity
To be competitive, individuals and organisations must continue to move forward, and must be the first to take initiative. In order to do this effectively, systems need to be able to encourage corporate creativity. Creativity can occur in any company on a hit or miss basis, and sadly in most companies it does happen by fluke or accident. But what would happen if we could bottle, control, promote or cultivate creativity in a company? Imagine what management could do with this creativity! A company can align itself to ensure consistent creativity (the degree to which the interests and actions of each employee support the company vision). The effective cultivation of creative processes will make all the difference.
