Survival: Opportunity in the face of danger

We are facing new social and economic realities. Only yesterday management gurus were expounding the values of a self actualized workforce, but individuals and organizations are now being forced to reassess their vision and values. It feels like someone has repainted the world scenario overnight, and like an unfortunate throw of the dice in Snakes and Ladders, we find ourselves at the bottom again – looking at simple survival issues.
