Description:
Working as a “crew”, or as a team, involves aligning principles and practices for maximum combined outcome. Once the team is a unified coordinated unit, it can achieve much more than individuals can independently. Following clues, teams will need to use a wide variety of local transport to attain supplies and reach their ultimate destination

Outcomes:

Developing a concept of the team as a coordinated unit
Experiencing how some tasks are only possible with a coordinated team efforts
Collaborative planning and goal setting
Sharing information and ideas

Ships Crew Challenge: travel by sailing boat from Bali to a neighbouring island. Divided into groups with specific roles and responsibilities, participants must navigate a luxury catamaran.

Bike Safari: Bike around the island, past the local villages and through the jungles, following ancient maps (backup car available)

Mangrove Maze: Challenge the mangrove swamp in dug out canoes, to find a magical morning tea break that awaits the teams that are able to successfully navigate this maze.

Javanese Jukung Race: Sail across the channel to a neighbouring island in traditional Indonesian Jukongs.
