THE SULTAN'S QUEST ^TM
Description: Through the Sultan’s Quest, Tirian has created an exotic mythological experience, in which teams are challenged to build traditional forms of transport and reenact a fascinating historical journey. Often team building activities are no more than adults playing cowboys and Indians with good guy / bad guy reenactments, but team building for Tirian is not about competition but cooperative action and collaborative problem solving. The Sultan’s Quest, created in Malaysia, is the latest team building program on offer that encourages constructive leadership and the many other positive interpersonal and communication skills to encourage team development in an exciting environment.

Outcomes and Skills Developed: Cooperative planning and goal setting, leadership, working together to achieve goals.
