A tale of love and loathing that is familiar to every Balinese school kid, this cherished story is a powerful way to learn both about local culture and the group dynamic. Outcomes and Skills Developed: Cooperative planning and goal setting, working together to achieve goals.
"You know I always approach the outdoor learning activities with a
degree of trepidation & cynicism both of
which I'm sure came across during our initial
discussions however I must say that I was extremely impressed with
the program from: the scale to the principles around
which the activity was developed, to the
briefing, debriefing & finally awards. The attention to
detail was very apparent & as a result many of the delegates
from the Territory Managers to our HR director
mentioned, not only how much they enjoyed it,
but also how they could identify with some of the points being
drawn out & relate them back to the workplace.
